These Terms of Use govern your access to the BePrime and TipHub mobile applications and the befuture.in website, operated by BeFuture Interactive, the trading name of independent developer Muratcan Kayalak.

By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, you should stop using the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with the laws of the country in which you are located.

2. Nature of the Service

The Service provides football data, statistics, commentary and non-binding predictions. It is not a betting service: we are not a bookmaker, we do not accept bets and we do not process deposits or withdrawals. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal or betting advice, and no outcome, profit or success rate is guaranteed. Decisions you take on the basis of the content are your own responsibility.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the application. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or that is used in a way that harms the Service or other users.

4. Subscriptions, Payments and Refunds

Paid features are sold as digital content through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price, duration and renewal conditions are shown before you confirm a purchase, and payment is taken by the store, not by us. Billing, cancellation and refund requests are handled under the rules of the store you purchased from. Your mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence are not affected by these Terms.

5. User Content

In TipHub you may publish predictions and interact with content published by others. You remain the owner of what you publish and you are responsible for it. By publishing you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or in breach of these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

• Use the Service lawfully and do not use it to promote unlawful gambling activity
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service
• Do not use automated collection, scraping or bulk extraction of content or data
• Do not copy, resell or redistribute our content, design, database or code without permission
• Do not impersonate others or publish false, offensive or misleading content

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, trade names, texts and databases, belongs to BeFuture Interactive or its licensors and is protected by law. Using the Service does not transfer any right in it to you beyond the limited right of personal, non-commercial use described in these Terms.

8. Third Parties and Availability

The Service relies on third-party platforms and data sources and may contain links to services we do not control; we are not responsible for their content or practices. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or data, or for any loss arising from decisions you take on the basis of predictions, analysis or statistics offered through the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by Turkish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. We may update these Terms; the current version and its date are published on this page, and continued use after an update means that you accept the revised version.
